Oct. 2: Ontario’s pension plan – and other letters to the ROB editor

If Ontario businesses want a level playing field when it comes to pensions, they should support improvements to the Canada Pension Plan. Not just Ontario businesses, but all employers in Canada would pay into a more adequate CPP. Until that happens, small- and medium-sized employers that offer no workplace pension plan will continue to enjoy a competitive advantage over those who do.
